Past Players Luncheon

The annual Men of League & Wynnum Manly Seagulls 'Past Player Luncheon' is here for 2017!

This year in addition to celebrating the amazing contribution of all Seagulls players from every era - our special guest list will feature former QLD State of Origin coach Des Morris and players from his legendary 1982 Premiership winning side as they return to Kougari 35 years after claiming the club's first ever premiership in the iconic BRL competition.

The Men of League and Wynnum Manly Seagulls invite all past players and supporters to come and meet up with old mates and familiar faces to reminisce on good times had with the Seagulls. This event will support the Men of League foundation in continuing its wonderful support of members of the rugby league community who have fallen on hard times as well as the Wynnum Manly Seagulls.

Steve Ricketts who has covered every Seagulls' triumph in his time as Chief Rugby League writer for the Courier mail will fittingly lead the day as MC - hosting the afternoon which is packed full of Seagulls trivia and discussion.

Following the luncheon will be the Wynnum Manly Seagulls v Redcliffe Dolphins Intrust Super Cup match at 3:00pm where we will ask all Past Players to form a guard of honour as the players run onto the field. The presence of our Past Players will no doubt spur the team on for a big performance against Redcliffe!
